Subj: UTA
Obj:
Behavioral Obs: Subject engaged in organized victimization with threats of vivisection. Victim restrained via suspension snare (inverted). Victim pleaded for release. Subject vocalized negative statements while brandishing weapon (axe) to induce psychological distress in victim, cut victim down to free them without clarifying intent.
Cognition: Intact. Cmplx motor planning evident
Affect: Aggressive/controlling
Physical: NDA, no immediate signs of fungal decay affecting hosts in area
HEENT note: OS occluded by patch, dx unk.
Assess: Subject represents active risk of aggression
Plan: Immediate action: observe, evade, only confront for defense of self/others. If mhp capable of intensive intervention available, refer for MSE.

Supplemental (Private): I need to put this at least somewhere so I can try to be civil if this man ever needs help, but. How to put it?

I know, I know, I'm being terrible. If I was back at the Academy and my Professional Ethics professor K'noth saw this note I'd get chewed out for a lack of impartiality and a lack of beneficence. But to be fair, I WAS "victim restrained via suspension snare (inverted)"!!! Thought he was going to take my bloody head off with that axe! (You know, for half a second while I was falling I was worried he'd decapitated me? You can have three to six seconds of EEG activation after decapitation! And adrenaline could obscure the agony.)

But There. It's all out of my system. It's done. If he's ever in need of medical attention, I WILL be a professional, I will help, I will...also absolutely make sure the man doesn't have a knife hidden up a sleeve somewhere. Just in case. Awfully Garak of me, but he's not always wrong - and, notably, still alive after years of people wanting him dead.

Cognition: Intact. Cmplx motor planning evident
Affect: Controlling/restrained
Physical: NDA, no immediate signs of fungal decay affecting hosts in area
Assess: Subject represents active risk of aggression or at least incitement of it, despite seeming to think he was "helping"
Plan: Immediate action: observe, evade, only confront for defense of self/others. If mhp capable of intensive intervention available, refer for MSE.

Supplemental (Private): What is the deal with these two? It was a very strange relationship, like some animal teaching a less experienced animal to hunt, biding their time. Eerie. It was how calm he was. And after all the time at ~~Int~~ there (you know where), I'm not ashamed to say that every one of my nerves was frayed to a fine thread before I even got here. I was shaking like a rabbit.

It's still sending shivers down my spine even as I write this. How might the Chief put it? "I'm more shook than the Federation president's hand."

Though tbh I think that word can have multiple meanings etymologically. He may have actually been talking about being hung over, that was the day after we polished off that entire bottle of single malt scotch.
