That said, if a child looked like they were going to come to harm around him his hands would be rated E for everyone trying to hurt said child, even despite not really being much of a fighter. PHYSICAL AFFECTION: Y, he's not the most naturally affectionate but he's definitely a clasping a friendly hand on a shoulder sometimes kinda guy

RELATIONSHIPS: Game for all kinds. Platonic, familial, just an alliance, enemies, frenemies, romance. I really want to dig into the fact that he's worried about his humanity his whole life and how the ego about his intellect has been a cover for the insecurities. Deep down, he's rather desperate to feel connected to others and feel like a normal person.
PSYCHIC & PSIONIC INFORMATION: Y. No abilities of his own, no way to block them.
MAGICAL INFORMATION: No magic of his own, no way to block it. Just message me to discuss it first.
MEDICAL INFORMATION: A good enough doctor to wing it even in a place without the equipment he's used to and probably one of the best we've seen in Star Trek. He's an exceptional doctor, with experience with war casualties. Like most Starfleet doctors, he's also a multi-disciplinarian, because posts and ships often need CMOs that can act as specialists and surgeons, even if they still have specialties. The guy's qualified to do neurosurgery.

He was developmentally delayed (possibly autistic, which is common read by fandom, though it has never been pinned down concretely), and his parents wanted to basically throw the whole child out. But he's not prone to talking about it as he's at a canon point where it's still a huge secret, so it's easy to avoid discussions.
He was also forcefully transformed without consent with genetic engineering.
Somnia: His Kimera form will cause him to have body horror transformation, including sometimes having limbs fall off.

The multiverse is vast and he has enough ego he'd rally from "I'm fictional somewhere" to "it must just be because the multiverse is vast enough that all possibilities exist, including a world's fiction being reality in another world, or a world's reality being fiction" to wanting to know how well-liked he is as a character and if everyone thinks he's the smartest specialest boy.

VISUAL: Will be in uniform, with said uniform probably in rough shape before long. Probably will wear any warmer clothes he needs on top, like a coat if necessary. Probably will take to carrying a medical bag around most places just because dwrp's are rough and he'll worry about needing supplies in emergencies.
Will generally look a bit unkempt as it's already been a rough month in the prison camp. Gives the impression he's all legs.
Will rarely have weapons on him unless absolutely necessary. He's willing to kill if necessary but phasers have a stun option and the deadly options leave a prettier corpse than many weapons. He's used to seeing blood but in the context of putting someone back together, so he'll hate the idea of having to brute force hurt anyone with more violent weapons.
Somnia: Kimera powers and mutating gryphon features, rotating between lion, owl, and snake. Sometimes bipedal, sometimes not. He'll have times he looks more human and times he looks more animalistic.
AURAL: Has an English accent.

Generally pretty confident and competent body language. Surprisingly athletic for a twiggy guy (nearly went pro at tennis). Prone to dry sarcasm, at other times serious. Can be a little flaily if he's getting shot at, though he's better at dealing with it now. Impish sense of humor and can occasionally be a light troll.
